We want you to love your Isalis finds, but if a piece doesn't quite work out, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip; then, print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 days of generating your label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a $7 shipping and handling fee, within 5-7 business days.
